St. Mayfield Academy, one of the most prestigious school in Kansas, is known not only for it’s sports teams but for it’s academics as well. The reputation of this school is one that can be easily rivaled by any other. Most of the students here take pride in their work, though you have some that attend just because their Mommy and Daddy can afford it, while others are there just because it’s the law for them to be in some form of schooling. The ones who are lucky enough to breath the air surrounding the school are the ones who are the hardest working, and disliked by a lot of the other students there. Yes, this is the sort of school where you must have money in order to afford tuition. But hey, the education is well worth it, well...it better be for the amount of money that gets taken from various bank accounts every year. Actually, the school has some of the best teachers from all over the country teaching here. A great school with an excellent education program doesn’t mean there aren’t scandals within the walls, this is still a high school after all. You have drama, fights, cheaters, thiefs, and of course...the unavoidable cliques. The most dominating are the elite boys and girls, They’re practically royalty here at St. Mayfield Academy, everyone wants in but not everyone has what it takes. What it takes is status, financial status that is. It is no surprise that these lucky boys and girls are the wealthiest of the wealthy, it’s apparent just by looking at them. Besides the elites you have your athletes (male and female), your normal students (the students who fit in anywhere), drama kids, rebels, posers, nerds, and of course...the unfortunates, better known as the scholarship kids. The key to surviving here at the Academy is to know who to talk to, and who not to. You’re best just sticking to who, and what, you know...unless you want to be eaten alive that is. Those elites can really be ruthless, the only other group they feel is worthy of their attention are the athletes, and that’s only because they have connections that work both ways...and many of the athletes aren’t hurting too terribly themselves. If you think you can survive the brutal reality that is this private school, be my guest and enroll. Just, don’t be surprised when you get the expected. There’s no way you can say that you weren’t warned before hand. After all, teenagers can be very cruel. Don’t get me wrong, not everyone is as mean as they seem, it just depends on where you stand and it’s usually the elites you have to worry about. Do you think you can handle it? Or are you thinking about going to the local public school? Don’t be scared, let’s see if you’ve got what it takes to make the most during your stay at St. Mayfield Academy. Home ♥ Canons ♥ Cliques
