If you thought Professor Dolores Jane Umbridge was bad, well honey, you haven't seen anything yet. Having been indoctrinated from a young age about the superiority of purebloods (and in particular the superiority of the Carrow family) it is of little surprise that Alecto is prejudiced, arrogant and self-indulgent. Alecto cares little for anyone besides her master, Lord Voldemort, and her brother, Amycus. She might lack in intelligence but she makes up for this in sheer determination and strength of will and, right now, her goals are to propound hatred towards Muggles, eradicate the Muggle-borns and to bully and brutalise the students of Hogwarts into submission. After all, they are the next generation and they must be made willing to submit to the new world order and to serve the Dark Lord. And if a few heads need knocked together along the way, all the better! If there is one thing Alecto loves it is the sense of power and importance she gets from hurting and terrorising others. You don't want to be in her cross hairs if you can help it.
